Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- promptly retrieve and deliver food orders
- ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- deliver and settle the bill timely
- adhere to all food safety regulations
