Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Basic understanding of food safety practices

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a team with attention to detail
  • Capacity to multitask
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Promptly pick up and deliver food orders
  • Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
  • Deliver and settle bills in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
