Job Requirements

ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must be at least 18 years of age
capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
excellent customer service skills
ability to work in a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

greet and welcome guests warmly and promptly
take accurate food and beverage orders

provide knowledgeable information about menu items, including ingredients and wine pairings
ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld in the dining area
handle guest concerns and requests professionally and promptly
process payments and balance cash registers
