Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years or as required by state law
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work in varying noise levels
- Ability to exchange accurate information with managers, team members, and guests
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation protocols including washing hands every 30 minutes
- Arrives to work on time and in full uniform
- Completes side work and stations properly stocked at shift change
Job Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law
- Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with numbers and handle cash
- Basic reading and handwriting skills with ability to operate restaurant point-of-sale software
- Provides exceptional service throughout the entire shift
- Positively communicates with other team members and management to keep one another informed
Job Duties
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform
- Greets guests in a warm and friendly manner while also acknowledging all guests within five feet
- Follows the steps of service as defined in the training materials
- Provides highest level of service by adhering to all service standards
- Serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and state alcohol service requirements
- Works directly with other team members to ensure all guests' needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Ensures menu knowledge to address guests' questions including food allergy issues
- Ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- Maintains neat and organized server stations and front of house work areas including sweeping and mopping as needed
- Notifies management immediately of any potential issues with guests, team members, or long ticket times
- Works the to-go station when assigned by management
