Job Duties
- Ensure the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
- Provide a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Help guests select menu items by explaining food and bar menus, recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef features, and identifying wines
- Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions
- Make managers aware of any special accommodations such as specific food allergies
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
