- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing safe, friendly and attentive service
- Make guests feel welcome and part of the Olive Garden family
- Knowledgeably explain menu offerings including food, wine and ingredients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health and safety protocols
- Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely service
- Assist in training new team members and contribute to a positive team environment
- Uphold company standards and contribute to a culture of hospitality and professionalism
