Job Requirements

must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the united states
ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand during an 8 to 12 hour shift
teamwork skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
knowledge of POS systems is a plus

Job Duties

greet customers warmly upon seating
suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system
promptly deliver food orders
ensure guest satisfaction, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
deliver and settle bills in a timely manner
adhere to all food safety regulations
