Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Understanding of restaurant POS systems beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly when seated
- Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
- Ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills and clear unused items
- Process and settle customer bills promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
