Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Be attentive to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- Assist other Servers to support teamwork and outstanding guest service
- Understand product specifications and verify guest receipts match party size
- Perform opening and closing procedures, side work duties, and report equipment or facility issues
- Follow correct table bussing procedures
- Adhere to safe work practices for personal and co-worker safety
- Maintain cleanliness standards and comply with local health department laws
