Job Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred
- valid RAMP/TIPS Certification required
- ability to stand and walk regularly during shifts
- capability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer-oriented mindset
- basic proficiency with POS technology
- adherence to safety and security procedures
- availability to attend required trainings and meetings
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Describes menu and daily specials
- takes orders and enters them into the POS system
- delivers beer/wine lists
- opens and pours wine when serving guests
- ensures customers have everything they need to enjoy their meals
- observes diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- responds to additional requests
- rings up bills and accepts payment or refers guests to cashier
- assists bus person in stocking, removing and resetting dishes and silverware between courses, and cleaning and resetting vacated tables
- possesses superior beer, wine and food knowledge
- prepares table and maintains throughout service
- runs food quickly and accurately
- communicates with the kitchen
- manages section and service
- maintains side work throughout shift
- attends required trainings and meetings
- delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
