Job Requirements

  • Prior restaurant experience is preferred
  • valid RAMP/TIPS Certification required
  • ability to stand and walk regularly during shifts
  • capability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • customer-oriented mindset
  • basic proficiency with POS technology
  • adherence to safety and security procedures
  • availability to attend required trainings and meetings

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Describes menu and daily specials
  • takes orders and enters them into the POS system
  • delivers beer/wine lists
  • opens and pours wine when serving guests
  • ensures customers have everything they need to enjoy their meals
  • observes diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service
  • responds to additional requests
  • rings up bills and accepts payment or refers guests to cashier
  • assists bus person in stocking, removing and resetting dishes and silverware between courses, and cleaning and resetting vacated tables
  • possesses superior beer, wine and food knowledge
  • prepares table and maintains throughout service
  • runs food quickly and accurately
  • communicates with the kitchen
  • manages section and service
  • maintains side work throughout shift
  • attends required trainings and meetings
  • delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
