Job Duties

- Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately including cash handling and basic math for processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area adhering to food safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to foster positive guest relations
