Job Requirements
- Valid RAMP or TIPS certification
- Ability to stand and walk regularly during shifts
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Prior experience in a restaurant preferred
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Good communication skills

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications

- Valid RAMP or TIPS certification
- Demonstrated ability to perform essential server duties
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective oral communication
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment
- Good problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Describe menu and daily specials
- Take orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver beer and wine lists
- Open and pour wine when serving guests
- Ensure customers have everything they need to enjoy their meals
- Observe diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Respond to additional requests
- Ring up bills and accept payment or refer guests to cashier
- Assist bus person in stocking, removing and resetting dishes and silverware between courses, and cleaning and resetting vacated tables
- Possess superior beer, wine, and food knowledge
- Prepare table and maintain throughout service
- Run food quickly and accurately
- Communicate with the kitchen
- Manage section and service
- Maintain side work throughout shift
- Attend required trainings and meetings
- Deliver an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service
