Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality preferred
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to meet local age requirements for alcohol service
- Ability to obtain necessary permits or licenses for serving alcohol
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop and reach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle money accurately and responsibly
- Flexible availability to work various shifts

Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- Operate within the Double Dogs Teamwork Service System at all times
- Be ready and willing to assist guests, management and fellow associates as instructed
- Assume 100% responsibility for our guests' quality experience
- Project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times
- Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage, and service standards
- Be prepared to exhibit and communicate complete knowledge regarding all products and services
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies to assure efficient service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including dining room and guest areas
- Handle, store, label, date and rotate all products properly and consistently
- Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assist in maintenance, cleanliness and other duties as assigned
- Follow procedures for opening, closing and ongoing cleanliness
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
- Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
- Meet local minimum age requirements for alcohol service
- Obtain local permits or licenses required for serving alcohol
- Ability to handle money responsibly, accurately and efficiently
