Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality preferred
Reliable transportation to work
Ability to meet local age requirements for alcohol service
Ability to obtain necessary permits or licenses for serving alcohol
Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop and reach
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle money accurately and responsibly
Flexible availability to work various shifts

Job Duties

Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
Operate within the Double Dogs Teamwork Service System at all times
Be ready and willing to assist guests, management and fellow associates as instructed
Assume 100% responsibility for our guests' quality experience
Project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times
Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
Comply with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage, and service standards
Be prepared to exhibit and communicate complete knowledge regarding all products and services
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies to assure efficient service
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including dining room and guest areas
Handle, store, label, date and rotate all products properly and consistently
Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
Assist in maintenance, cleanliness and other duties as assigned
Follow procedures for opening, closing and ongoing cleanliness
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
Meet local minimum age requirements for alcohol service
Obtain local permits or licenses required for serving alcohol
Ability to handle money responsibly, accurately and efficiently
