- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work days, nights and/or weekends
- able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and walk 100 percent of shift
- able to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and all financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report concerning behavior
- greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
- accurately take food and drink orders
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
- enter orders quickly and accurately into Micros system
- ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to tables
- work efficiently following "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- bus and reset tables
- assist other team members as needed
- complete station side work at shift start and end
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- follow portion guidelines for cost control
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back
- keep station clean and organized
- maintain positive work relationships with team
- communicate enthusiastically with guests about the experience
- operate Micros and handle credit card transactions accurately
- communicate effectively in English
- adhere to dress code
- be at least 18 years old
