Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and changing conditions
  • Ability to interact professionally effectively and with civility
  • Basic financial skills including cash handling and balancing drawers
  • Ability to track inventory and perform data entry with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of POS systems preferably Toast
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow schedules menus SOPs and policies
  • Ability to present self in a professional pleasant and well-groomed manner
  • Ability to move kegs and operate hand truck
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Valid New Mexico Alcohol Server License and Food Handler Card
  • Ability to adhere to company and department rules policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry
  • Previous brewery or craft beer experience preferred
  • Possess or ability to obtain Cicerone Certified Beer Server certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Basic financial skills including cash handling
  • Knowledge of POS systems preferably Toast
  • Ability to present self professionally and adhere to policies
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Valid New Mexico Alcohol Server License and Food Handler Card
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Enthusiastically represent the Bosque Brewing Co. brand beverages and company values by engaging in respectful courteous interactions with guests
  • Display urgency and attention to detail by anticipating guests' needs and responding appropriately
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge about Bosque Brewing Co. beverages beer pouring techniques brewing process and food offerings including allergens and dietary needs
  • Maintain a clean friendly and welcoming environment including front-of-house bar and storage areas
  • Follow Bosque Brewing Co. steps of service including greeting guests promptly answering questions guiding guests checking IDs pouring and serving beverages taking and entering food orders reconciling bills securing payments and bidding farewell
  • Monitor guest behavior including informing about beer limits identifying intoxication and refusing service when necessary per policy and law
  • Perform opening closing and side work duties such as cleaning bathrooms emptying trash cleaning beer lines changing kegs updating beer logs washing glassware and assisting with inventory
