Job Requirements

Pass pre-employment drug test including testing for Marijuana and other controlled substances
abstain from alcohol consumption during employment
be available for a temporary 28-week assignment
comply with grooming standards
have valid legal work authorization as an American citizen or Green Card holder
meet physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week
be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Be at least eighteen years of age
be an American citizen or Green Card holder
have the willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
possess the ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
maintain grooming standards which include limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
be able to perform emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation
demonstrate a positive attitude, ability to work well under pressure, and composure

Job Duties

Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items
relay orders efficiently to the galley and serve various courses and beverages with care and presentation
perform additional duties including greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
