Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years related restaurant experience
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Good communication skills
Strong teamwork and dependability
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

Excellent guest service skills and experience
Ability to identify and resolve issues
Detail oriented with multi-tasking capability
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Proficient with POS systems
0-2 years related experience in restaurant service
Knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures

Job Duties

Take guest orders using menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring quality and timely delivery
Communicate professionally with guests to assist menu selections and share promotions
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menu items and maintain quality standards
Input orders accurately into POS system
Pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
Practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness
Handle guest complaints effectively and involve management when necessary
Communicate and interact with guests to ensure a comfortable dining experience
Assist in other job categories as assigned
Perform all other assigned duties
