Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Manual dexterity of hands and arms to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, and pull without extended sitting
- Ability to lift or carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Enhance the dining experience for residents and guests
- Assist with culinary activities across dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, and memory care
- Provide service during special events and private functions
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and courteous service with The Sterling Touch®
- Follow community standards, processes, and procedures under the guidance of Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor
- Ensure timely and helpful service resulting in resident and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service quality
