Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a server role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to relocate or commute to Baltimore, MD 21201
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Basic proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Familiarity with food safety standards and practices
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary basics is preferred
Experience in a nightclub or similar fast-paced environment is a plus
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences
Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy
