- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience of at least 6 months
- must have weekend and evening availability
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation rules and regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- courteously serve all residents and their guests and answer dining related questions
- offer specials and complete orders by asking appropriate questions
- maintain dining room and work areas in a clean and orderly manner
- handle glassware and silverware safely and reset tables
- assist other staff with assigned duties and training
- perform duties independently with minimal supervision
- make suggestions for improvement in food and service and participate in meetings
- work harmoniously and cooperatively within a team structure
