Job Requirements

Reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Physical capability to lift and carry supplies up to 30 lbs and raise trays up to 25 lbs to shoulder height
Ability to stand and walk during shifts of 4 to 8 hours
Ability to hear well in noisy environments
Compliance with health regulations related to food handling
Ability to observe and differentiate monetary denominations
Capability to work around potentially hazardous chemicals
Must be able to pass all required training and tests
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Must maintain uniform and grooming standards throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

Effective communication skills in English both orally and in writing
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent guest service skills
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Dependability and ability to learn and follow instructions
Ability to meet uniform and grooming standards consistently
Minimum age of 21 in locations that serve alcoholic beverages
Knowledge of safe cash handling procedures
Ability to operate point of sale systems
Respect for diversity and others

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
Assist with guest seating using proper order and rotation procedures
Take and enter accurate orders on the point of sale system
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner with attention to presentation
Suggestively sell menu items and achieve guest check average targets
Address guest complaints and requests politely and notify supervisors when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and service areas including completing all required side-work and deep cleaning
