- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and tips

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing questions and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
- Process guest payments accurately and thank them for their visit
