Job Duties
- Take food and drink orders with accuracy while engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu in order to answer questions and make proper recommendations
- Be attentive to the needs and satisfaction of every customer and correct any problems
- Collect payments and understand how to split bills in a variety of ways
- Cross-sell and up-sell dessert or drink items as appropriate
- Clean tables and maintain dining area cleanliness
- Assist with setting up tables and supporting team members
