Job Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age
- minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale or high-volume full-service restaurant
- passionate about hospitality with a 'yes first' attitude
- energetic, polished, and professional
- deep knowledge of food, wine, and spirits or a strong willingness to learn
- familiarity with POS systems and basic service protocols
- ability to work 20 to 40 hours per week
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Deliver genuine, Italian-style hospitality with confidence, energy, and warmth
- master our menu and drink offerings to guide guests through their experience
- take and serve food and beverage orders with attention to detail
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared station
- proactively handle guest concerns or requests with grace and professionalism
- partner with support staff (bussers, food runners, bar) to ensure seamless service
