Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to greet and serve residents courteously
- ability to work an 8-hour shift including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- willingness to undergo and pass a background check
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- compliance with Texas Health and Safety Code, Title 4, Chapter 250
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- friendly, outgoing, service-oriented disposition
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
- ability to work as part of a team
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and team members courteously
- serve meals to residents in the dining room and rooms as needed
- record guest meals and communicate activity as needed
- assist in preparations for special meals and parties
- ensure proper storage of food and supplies
- assist with daily operations and cleaning of dining and serving areas
