Job Requirements
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- Be willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week over a 28 week period
- Pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
- Meet moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- Adhere to company grooming standards
- Comply with safety and emergency training
- Abstain from alcohol consumption while on duty
- Be able to work temporarily for up to 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age

- Be capable of meeting moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking

- Adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure
- Have excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest particular courses and wines, and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Relay orders efficiently to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring items are presentable and properly garnished
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
- Maintain composure and positive attitude while working long shifts under pressure
