- minimum high school education or equivalent
- some experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- must follow health and safety regulations
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- promotes a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests
- anticipates and meets guests' needs to enhance their dining experience

- assists other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- follows safe work practices to ensure personal and co-worker safety
