Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred
- Food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city
- Completed food and beverage service training
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions
- Comfortable working in indoor and occasional outdoor environments

Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests adhering to company standards
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the club
- Take orders and fulfill them in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure member and guest satisfaction and retention
- Display a positive attitude and professional communication at all times
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage service training and certification requirements
