Job Requirements
- At least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to handle moderate physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, standing and walking for long periods
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Must refrain from alcohol consumption while on board
- Compliance with grooming standards restricting visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to perform mandatory emergency and safety training
- Temporary employment commitment of 28 weeks
- Positive interpersonal and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications

- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure

- Willingness to comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Passing a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Ability to perform emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation

Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines and kindly answer any questions about menu items
- Relay orders to the galley efficiently and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
- Collaborate with crew to maintain a positive and professional onboard atmosphere
