Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of service experience
- Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate the micros system
- Ability to work standing for long periods of time
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests within 30 seconds
- Make guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them
- Introduce yourself
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes
- Make genuine recommendations guests will enjoy
- Answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant functions
- Take food and beverage orders and enter into micros system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Perform side work at shift start and end
- Anticipate guests' needs such as napkins and drink refills
- Build regular guest relationships
- Maintain clean service areas and pre-bus tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly
- Prepare final bill and process payments
- Assist fellow servers and support staff
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operation
