Job Requirements
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Hold American citizenship or Green Card status
- Able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for 28 weeks
- Pass pre-employment drug testing
- Adhere to grooming standards
- Abstain from alcohol consumption while on duty
- Meet physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for long periods
- All employees must undergo safety and emergency function training
- Accept temporary employment status limited to 28 weeks
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comply with company policies and equal opportunity standards
Job Qualifications
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work up to 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- Pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Commit to a drug-free and alcohol-free work environment
- Complete safety and emergency training
- Maintain grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure and keep composure with a positive attitude
- Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Be willing to perform various hospitality duties as assigned
- Have basic knowledge of dining etiquette and serving protocols
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring items look presentable and properly garnished
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance in accordance with company grooming standards
