- Minimum of 1 year experience in casual restaurant industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current food certification meeting state requirements preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
