Job Duties

Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guests' questions
Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
Maintain cleanliness and follow proper sanitation practices
Execute safety procedures in the dining environment
Assist teammates to ensure smooth service during busy periods
