Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
able to work days, nights and weekends as required
able to work in noisy, fast paced environment
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to stand and walk for long periods
able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
able to read and write handwritten notes
comply with company dress code
legally permitted to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service experience beneficial
ability to operate Micros point-of-sale system
strong communication skills
ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
English proficiency
team-oriented mindset
ability to follow company sanitation and alcohol policies

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and financial transactions
follow alcohol awareness procedures
assess guest demeanor and report when necessary
greet guests promptly
accurately take food and drink orders
maintain knowledge of menu items
enter orders into Micros system efficiently
ensure proper food garnishing and delivery
work efficiently using full hands in, full hands out philosophy
assist in party setup and breakdown
bus and reset tables
assist other team members as needed
complete station side work
participate in incentives and contests
follow portion control guidelines
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery
maintain clean station
foster cooperative relationships with team members
communicate effectively with guests
operate Micros and conduct accurate credit card transactions
read and communicate in English
listen to guests and team members
maintain dress code
be at least 18 years old
