Job Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must adhere to health and safety standards
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Provide guests with knowledge about menu items, specials, and wine selections
- Ensure all food and beverages are delivered to the correct tables in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in line with health guidelines
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Upsell menu items and promote ongoing specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
