Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in customer service or food service roles a plus
ability to communicate effectively and warmly with guests
strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system
pick up and deliver food orders promptly
ensure the guest is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
