Job Requirements
- Previous server experience in restaurant or hospitality sector required or minimum six months experience working for any of our restaurants as a host, busser or other similar guest interfacing position
- Must have good performance and manager reference
- 18 years of age or older as required by state law to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Food handler's card and alcohol awareness training certification where required by state and local laws
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality guests' experience
- Welcome and greet guests within two minutes of being seated
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes
- Offer specific beverage, appetizer, entree, and dessert recommendations either upon request or genuinely based on guests' preferences
- Answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in point-of-sale system before delivering
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
- Clean and prepare the table for arrival of menu items
- Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment
- Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Respond promptly and courteously to any guest requests
- Provide proactive beverage refills
- Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment and process through POS system or pay at the table system
- Assist fellow servers proactively
- Express appreciation to guests and invite them to return
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement
- Notify manager-on-duty when a guest is not 100% satisfied
- Cover other servers' duties during breaks as requested
- Participate in scheduled catering events
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor
