  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or be willing to obtain
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
  • Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Maintain excellent customer etiquette and communication
  • Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
