Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they are seated comfortably
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any needs or concerns
- Ensure that all guest touch points, including tables and dining areas, are clean and sanitized
- Handle payments and thank guests as they leave to encourage repeat visits
