Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of related experience
strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
ability to stand and walk for entire shift
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
excellent communication skills
ability to handle guest complaints professionally
ability to work flexible hours including early shifts
physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, stooping, and reaching
reliable and punctual
ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Excellent guest service skills and experience
ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
ability to prioritize and good organizational skills
computer skills including POS system operation
0-2 years of related experience
strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures
relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Job Duties

Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
serve food and beverages promptly ensuring quality standards
communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and assist in menu selections
promote new promotions and product information to guests
describe menu items accurately and maintain food quality standards
input orders accurately into the POS system
pre-bus tables and assist with side work as assigned
practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness
handle food prep equipment safely
effectively handle guest complaints and involve management as necessary
communicate and interact with guests to provide a relaxing environment while managing crowds
assist in other job categories as needed
perform additional duties as assigned
