Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- Assist other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- Understand product specifications and verify guest receipts
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
- Identify and report equipment and facility issues
- Follow safe work practices to ensure safety for self and others
- Maintain cleanliness to meet service and quality standards
- Comply with local health department regulations
