Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age and authorization to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
team player with attention to detail
basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
pickup and deliver food orders promptly
ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
