Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations through ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Anticipates and fulfills guests' needs to make their dining experience pleasurable
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and knowledge about menu products and promotions
- Assists other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding service
- Understands product specifications and confirms guest receipts match the dining party
- Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Reports equipment and facility issues to management
- Adheres to correct table bussing and cleaning procedures
- Follows safe work practices to ensure safety of guests and coworkers
- Maintains cleanliness and meets service and quality standards
- Complies with local health department regulations
