Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
  • Practices positive public relations through ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Anticipates and fulfills guests' needs to make their dining experience pleasurable
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and knowledge about menu products and promotions
  • Assists other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding service
  • Understands product specifications and confirms guest receipts match the dining party
  • Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
  • Reports equipment and facility issues to management
  • Adheres to correct table bussing and cleaning procedures
  • Follows safe work practices to ensure safety of guests and coworkers
  • Maintains cleanliness and meets service and quality standards
  • Complies with local health department regulations
