Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Willingness to comply with safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Duties

Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
Practices positive public relations through ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
Anticipates and fulfills guests' needs to make their dining experience pleasurable
Demonstrates enthusiasm and knowledge about menu products and promotions
Assists other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding service
Understands product specifications and confirms guest receipts match the dining party
Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
Reports equipment and facility issues to management
Adheres to correct table bussing and cleaning procedures
Follows safe work practices to ensure safety of guests and coworkers
Maintains cleanliness and meets service and quality standards
Complies with local health department regulations
