Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capability to stand for a shift lasting between 8 and 12 hours
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of POS systems
Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile upon seating
Suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove unused items
Deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety rules
