Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
ability to read and write handwritten notes
ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food service or customer service valued
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to operate point-of-sale systems
capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
knowledge of sanitation standards
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments
basic math skills for financial transactions
English proficiency for communication

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of all significant problems or issues
create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure financial transactions are accurate
follow alcohol awareness procedures
assess guest demeanor and identify concerns to management
greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
accurately take guests' food and drink orders
maintain thorough menu knowledge and answer questions
enter orders into Micros system quickly and accurately
ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to tables
work efficiently using full hands philosophy
assist in party set up and breakdown
bus and reset tables
assist other team members as needed
complete station side work at shift start and end
participate in incentives and contests to drive sales
follow portion guidelines to control cost
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and responding to needs
keep station clean and organized
maintain favorable working relationships with team members
communicate effectively to generate enthusiasm
operate Micros and conduct transactions accurately
comply with dress code
listen and communicate effectively with guests
be at least 18 years old
