Job Duties

  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understand the restaurant menu to engage and answer guests' questions
  • Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, and processing payments
  • Understand the restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas
  • Deliver food within the restaurant efficiently and accurately
