Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items including ingredients and preparation
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to guarantee an excellent dining experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu specials, promotions, and restaurant policies
- Process payments and thank guests upon departure
