Job Description
At Red Lobster, the Server position is vital to maintaining our high standards of guest service and hospitality. This role involves being the welcoming face of the restaurant, greeting guests with a friendly smile, and creating a positive first impression. The server encourages upselling by suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience. Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
- Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly
- Picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner
- Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
- Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Following all food safety standards
