Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
basic math skills for handling transactions
strong commitment to customer service
good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

excellent communication and interpersonal skills
prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
ability to work well under pressure
knowledge of food and beverage service
strong attention to detail and accuracy
ability to suggestively sell menu items

Job Duties

greet guests cheerfully and courteously
take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
suggest menu items to enhance guest experience
serve food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
maintain cleanliness and orderliness of front-of-house service areas and equipment
assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
