Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
At least 1 year of serving experience
Valid TABC certification
Valid food handlers certification
Ability to handle money accurately
Excellent people skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong observational and communication skills

Job Duties

Greet guests, explain the service model, and answer questions about the menu
Make recommendations for food, drinks, and activities
Make drinks and take orders electronically or manually, and work with the team to deliver food and drink efficiently
Understand and comply with health and sanitation guidelines and alcohol standards
Communicate concerns regarding guests, staff, sanitation, safety, and inventory to management
Respond efficiently to complaints
Complete other tasks as assigned and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Participate actively in a fast-paced environment averaging 10 thousand steps per day
